Vaughn Villarreal :Vaughn Villarreal has a degree in Physical Therapy (PTA) as well as certification (ACSM-PT) from the American College of Sports Medicine. Vaughn also has a number of continuing education credits in cranio-saccral, trigger-point therapy, and myo-facial. He also has completed muscle energy techniques in cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.
Andrea Prink :Andrea Prink is nationally certified through the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Concordia College, Moorhead MN.
